Ruthie has a PhD and has spent over a decade conducting research in academia, for government and other policy audiences, and in the private sector, both in Canada and in the US. At Decision Point Research, her primary responsibilities have included managing quantitative projects, designing screeners, questionnaires and reports for qualitative projects.
