Project Coordinator, Recruitment

Decision Point Research is a data collection company that serves the market research industry. Our core activities are recruiting for qualitative and quantitative research. We are seeking a project coordinator to help with the development and coordination of recruitment plans.

Reports to: Vice-President, Operations

Duties & Responsibilities:   

  • To review project Screeners, grids, and other materials from client and identify any unclear or missing information
  • To assist with the development of recruiting plans for each project, including sample identification and/or procurement, desk research, etc.
  • To setup respondent grids in Google Sheets with appropriate screening details
  • To coordinate facility arrangements as necessary for focus groups, IDIs, CLTs, etc., including incentives, meals and refreshments, sign-in sheets, etc.  
  • To coordinate the confirmation of respondents for particular studies and subsequent attendance reminders
  • To assist with outreach to potential project respondents through e-mail and fax blasts
  • To identify and provide sample records from previous studies to recruiting staff
  • To assist with maintenance of Project respondent database(s)
  • To assist with the deployment and scheduling of recruiting staff to meet project workloads
  • To communicate as necessary with clients to provide updates on project status
  • To communicate as necessary with external resources, including suppliers, facilities, sample providers, etc. to meet project timelines and to achieve expected project performance
  • To manage selected smaller projects as appropriate
  • To provide the appropriate MRIA contact with new projects and respondent lists and check database recruits against MRIA blacklist
  • To promote an inclusive, positive, team- and results-oriented workplace culture
  • To assist in the performance of other duties as required
